Intersecting Minds (A NeuroHumanities & Consciousness Collective) is excited to announce the launch of Sensing the Unseen, an online Art Neureau exhibition. The exhibition opens today, July 7, 2025.
This virtual, accessible exhibition brings together work that investigates art, perception, and the human experience. It includes a jury-selected collection chosen by an interdisciplinary panel of 10 experts and special recognition in three categories:
Many, many thanks to the jury who worked over many months across four time zones to bring about this exhibition. And our deepest gratitude to the artists and creators who submitted their work: you brought courage, vision, and vulnerability to Sensing
the Unseen, and we are honored to share your perspectives. My thanks, as well, to my IM collaborators Samantha Chipman (Emory University) and Ryan Weber (Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine) for their support and contributions throughout
this project.
Melanie Gregg, PhD Professor of Humanities Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
The Art Neureau Virtual Exhibit explores the edges and depths of perception, where emotion, memory, and identity emerge from the unseen dimensions of mind and body. Selected by a team of ten jury members, the works chosen for this
exhibition reflect experimental, intimate, and interdisciplinary approaches to capturing the invisible.
To support a more accessible and contemplative experience, each work in this exhibition opens into a dedicated page. A button is provided at the bottom of each page that will bring you back to the gallery below.
